WHEN ONLY A BLUE TRI COLOR PITBULL PUPPY WILL DO

If you are simply wanting Blue Tri Color Pitbull Puppy for a pet, and you are willing to wait, you may be rewarded for your patience. If you have just started the process of looking for Blue Tri-Color Pitbull Puppies, know that you may be in for a long wait. Theoretically, any breeding of Blue Pitbulls could produce a Blue Tri Color, but it is unlikely. When I breed an all Blue color to an all Fawn color Pitbull, I expect to have perhaps one in the Litter. If I were to work to produce as many Tri Color Pitbulls as possible, I would keep only females that were fawn in color and then breed to a Blue color male. Of course, vise versa works too. Yet breeding the aforementioned way, is not the best overall plan, unless all you are concerned about is producing Blue Tri-Color Pitbull Puppies. Read more here... SHOULD YOU BUILD A KENNEL AROUND BLUE TRI COLOR PITBULLS

You are starting your kennel and you like the look of Blue Tri Color Pitbulls, should you endeavor to breed to produce them exclusively? I don't know, to be honest. Generally it is a mistake to try to breed for color. When I do a breeding, color is never a factor in the breeding. I look to match up bloodlines and body type features to create a better dog. Color has nothing to do with the quality of a dog. If breeding with color as a priority were to be done, then compromises are likely to be made in favor of color. However, I am certain that there are enough people looking for Blue Tri Color Pitbulls, and willing to pay a handsome premium, that from a financial aspect, it could make sense to breed to produce them. The more I think about it; it sounds like a good idea. READ HERE: BEST VITAMINS FOR BLUE TRICOLOR PITBULLS

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BLUE TRICOLOR AND A TRICOLOR PITBULL

Blue Pitbulls can produce both Blue Tricolor or Black Tricolor Pitbulls. If you have ever seen a Rottweiler (who hasn't) they are a black Tricolor. A Blue Pitbull is a black dog that lacks pigment that produces the blue gray color. It is possible when breeding Blue Pitbulls to produce a Tricolor that is Blue. If I had to guess I would say that I have had more Blue Tri-Color Pitbull Puppies than the Black ones. In any event, both are extremely popular. READ HERE: ... HOW TO TAKE CARE Of TRICOLOR PUPPIES

Long before getting your tricolor Pitbull puppy, or any color puppy for that matter, you want to have planned out how you are going to take care of him or her. If you have purchased from a good breeder they would have made sure that your puppy has had all of it's puppy shots to date, and has been properly de-wormed. Yet I will tell you from experience, that is not always the case, so don't count on it. If you purchased from a "backyard" breeder, there is a high probability that they have not had the proper medical attention. Immediately upon getting your puppy you will want to take him or her to the vet for a complete physical and to receive it's shots and worming. If you are going to take care of these things yourself and save a lot of money, then make sure you read all my health pages. Start Here: PUPPY SHOTS ARE IMPORTANT
