So jason moss right here, and I just got here to, uh, greensboro, uh, north carolina.
This morning because we're gonna come we're gonna take a look at all of our properties.
We're actually buying 12 properties here.
Well, actually tomorrow.
And as we're driving around, we went and took a look at some of the properties that we have at high point.
And we stumbled upon this little tiny house village so check it out.
So you see all these little buildings, these are little how big would you say these are jason about 350 to 400 16.
So if you guys can see these, these are just little houses, see the the blue one over there right? Or the green one see these are again, just how big would you say, 12 bytes one, but 12 by 20.
So yeah, so again, we're, looking at probably a 300 to 400 square foot, little home and um, and they have how many would you say they have right here? Jason, yeah, probably what 10 or so right here.
So, uh, yeah, it's it's, a cool, little, uh village.
And then you have this little, um shared garden area.
So again, this is what we're looking to do something similar down in, um florence, arizona.
So it's really cool to actually see this.
Now to be honest, the ones that we build they're gonna look cuter than this, um and they're gonna have like, uh, more more character.
But, but this is fantastic.
You have these little houses that people can come in and live there there's probably just a one bedroom.
And then you have the the kitchen bathroom, um areas as well.
So, yeah, these work perfectly, um great.
So we just wanted to show you this one and then we're gonna go and we're gonna show you what the tiny house is that we're gonna be staying in over the next three days here, what it looks like.
So you can take a look at it and it's, super cute and that's.
What we're looking to kind of, you know, create some tiny houses that have a little bit more structure like those ones so we'll show you what it looks like here shortly all right so jason.
And I just got to north carolina.
This morning, but the reason that I am doing this video is because I wanted to show you this, tiny house that jason, and I are staying in.
And so this is, I think it's either called perch and nest or nest and perch.
You can find it on airbnb, but let me just kind of go through this house.
So you can take a look at it all right so right here and it's nighttime so you're, not going to see everything.
But right here, you have a balcony that or a little porch, you know, with this overhang balcony, and so let's, go ahead and take a look at what it looks like up here.
Take a look at that.
Look, how beautiful that is you got a bed up there, right and it's just right over the balcony.
And then you come down this ladder.
And so you have the.
Td, obviously you have this window and look at all these little, you know, uh, little shelves with all these cute little things there.
And you got this little fridge, look, how awesome that little fridge is right just to give you kind of some perspective so I'm about 510.
And so this fridge is I'd say about five feet tall or so, um, you got the little, uh, I think that's a microwave.
I don't know if it's, yeah, just a microwave.
Then you got the farmhouse sink, the nice quartz countertops and then let's go this way.
And then this is the front door.
Okay, let's go down this hallway and see what we can see look at this.
I love you like biscuits and gravy, that's precious.
So over here.
So this is the bathroom okay, coming you see the tile floor got the toilet got the mirror and then look at this this little tub, right? I don't, remember what those tubs are called, um, but uh, yeah, I don't know what that tub is called it's like a, uh, you know, hey, jason.
What are these tubs called a horse? Trough tub? Probably not anyway.
So you got this cute little shower, right? And you have your little shower curtain that goes all the way around, and then you come over here.
Now, this is one thing that I really like so you have this extra bed right here right? So this extra little twin bed again, some cute little cubbies.
And then you got these stairs that are going to go up to the master.
You got this that has your extra towels.
So let's go up these stairs and let's see what we have up here.
Well, there we go.
Look at mr lazybones.
So yeah, so we've got jason moss.
He for some reason has called this his his uh location in the tiny house, but uh, but it's, a cool little, tiny house it really is so, and I think some of the things that I like the most about it are I like the flooring, I think they did a great job with the choice of flooring.
And then this is all texture.
So it's all textured white.
And I like the color scheme with the black curtains, and then the white and it's just really nice it's, a simple, tiny house.
And so, um, this isn't exactly what we're going to be doing because this is what how how wide would you say this is about eight feet wide.
So the tiny houses that we're going to be doing are going to be how how wide would you say, jason, uh, they range.
I range from I think 12 to 24.
So ours are going to be a little bit wider because again, ours aren't really going to be meant for moving ours are going to be stationary, and what was cool.
And what you saw earlier in this, uh video was that little tiny house village over and was it greensboro.
I think it was greensboro right? No it was.
It was high point.
So we got this cool little, uh, tiny house village that we saw in high point.
So they stole our idea, but we're gonna take it we're gonna make it better and that's.
What you do you take a good idea and you make it better anyway.
So, uh, that's the plan.
